theScore & WWE RAW & SmackDown Contest Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY:

theScore & WWE RAW & SmackDown Contest (the "Contest") is open only to individual persons who are legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Employees, directors and officers of Score Media Ventures Inc. (the "Contest Sponsor") and World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE), and each of their respective affiliated or related entities, agents, advertising or promotional agencies, other suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this Contest, the independent contest organization and anyone else involved in the development or execution of this Contest and all members of any such director's, officer's and employee's household or immediate family (regardless of where they live) are not eligible to enter the Contest. In these Official Rules, "immediate family" means spouse and mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and each of their spouses.

ACCEPT OFFICIAL RULES:

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the Contest Sponsor's decisions. The decisions of the Contest Sponsor in regards to all matters of this Contest are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

CONTEST PERIOD:

The Contest commences on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at 12:00 PM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 (the "Contest Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules all times are Eastern Time ("ET").

HOW TO ENTER:

Log on to http://www.thescore.com/contests , click on the "WWE RAW & SmackDown Contest" link and fill out the entry ballot for your chance to win a pair (2) of tickets to a WWE RAW or SmackDown show near you. You must completely fill out the entry form or your entry will be deemed ineligible. Only one (1) entry per person shall be permitted. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into a random drawing to select the winners of the tickets per city. We will be holding random drawings to select winners for each city as the shows approach.

Only entries received online in accordance with these Official Rules will be accepted. No other forms of entry will be accepted. Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided as part of the Contest registration process. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Each potential winner may be required to provide Contest Sponsor with identification and proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in the Contest will be the Contest Sponsor's server machine(s).

PERSONAL DATA:

All personal information submitted in relation to the Contest will be handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and the privacy policy of Contest Sponsor which may be found at http://www.thescore.com/ScoreTv/privacy.aspx. Your personal information will only be used in connection with the Contest. Your personal information also may be used to send you additional information about the Contest Sponsor, WWE, each of their subsidiaries and each of their respective products and programs only if you provide your affirmative consent to receive such information when entering the Contest. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared with anyone else.

WINNER SELECTION:

Random drawings to select five (5) potential winners per city will be held by Contest Sponsor at 370 King Street West, Suite 435, Toronto ON, M5V 1J9.

PRIZES:

Subject to verification and release requirements and the other requirements of these Official Rules, five (5) prizes per city will be awarded.

ARV of each Prize: $150.00 CDN

Each prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and will have no cash surrender value. No prize substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except at the Contest Sponsor's sole discretion. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable value or greater value without liability. All costs and expenses not specifically included above as part of each prize, including, without limitation, insurance, taxes, meals, gratuities, phone calls, other transportation costs, laundry and mini-bar charges and any other personal and incidental expenses and any taxes thereon, are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Contestants acknowledge that Contest Sponsor, WWE, all involved advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization, other suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this Contest, anyone else involved in the development or execution of this Contest, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the "Releasees") have not made, nor are in any manner responsible, for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to, its quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

POTENTIAL WINNERS:

All potential winners and any guests are subject to verification by the Contest Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The Contest Sponsor shall solely determine any form of verification. A contestant is not a winner of any prize unless and until the contestant's eligibility and the potential winning entry has been verified and the contestant has been notified that verification is complete. The Contest Sponsor will not accept screen shots, affidavits or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.

Potential winners will be notified that their entry has been selected via email sent within three (3) business days following the drawing. In order to be confirmed as a winner, each selected entrant must have complied with, and remain in compliance with, these Official Rules and must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered at a pre-arranged time by telephone. If a selected entrant for a Prize correctly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, he or she and their chosen guest will be provided with a standard declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where legal, a publicity release form (the "Release Forms"), and any other documentation that Contest Sponsor may require. The Release Forms confirm compliance with these Official Rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and release the Releasees from any and all liability in connection with a prize, or any part of a prize, or this Contest. To be declared a Prize Winner, each selected entrant and his/her guest must then complete, sign and return the Release Forms and such other documentation that Contest Sponsor may require, and Contest Sponsor must be in receipt of all such documents, within the time frames specified by Contest Sponsor. If a selected Prize Winner or a guest is a minor in his or her province of residence at the time he or she is asked to sign these documents, the minor's parent or legal guardian also will be required to sign these documents. In all cases, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, age and parenthood/guardianship, and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Contest Sponsor, in its sole discretion, find that the proof is unsatisfactory.

If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a selected entrant cannot be personally contacted within three (3) business days of the draw date, fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, does not execute and return to Contest Sponsor the Release Forms and such other documentation as Contest Sponsor may require within the time frames specified by Contest Sponsor, or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected and confirmed a winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

Entrants are responsible for insuring that all mailing and email information is up-to-date and accurate.

ODDS:

The odds of winning one of the Prizes depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

PUBLICITY:

Except where prohibited, participation in this Contest constitutes consent to the use by the Releasees of a winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions and biographical information for publicity, advertising, trade or promotional purposes in any media or manner, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

The Contest Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the Contest and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Without limiting the foregoing, the Contest Sponsor may lock out an entrant who, in the Contest Sponsor's sole judgment, has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility or is otherwise ineligible to enter.

A PERSON WHO ATTEMPTS DELIBERATELY TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION OR TO ALTER OR DAMAGE A WEBSITE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PENALTIES AND FINES; AND CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, remove participants or terminate this Contest, in whole or in part, or modify the Contest in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct or impair the administration, security, integrity and fairness of play (as intended) of the Contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By participating, entrants and their guests (and parent/legal guardians of minor entrants and guests) release and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, claims or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or the Prize or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize or parts thereof (including activity or travel related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, loss incurred during travel to/from, and/or attendance at, any of the events forming part of the prizes and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Contest. Without limiting the foregoing, the Releasees are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the Contest; (ii) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind, including without limitation malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (iii) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses other security breaches; (iv) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; (v) technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the Contest; (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant's or guest's participation in the Contest, or receipt or use of any prize; and (vii) lost, incomplete, illegible or garbled entries, mail or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.
